Price Guide 
This price guide indicates a Budget Price Indicator for the completed house build including the Timber Frame but excluding the land cost, the statutory costs for the obtaining of planning permissions and the cost of providing services to the house.
The full build price indicator presumes the house is constructed either by ourselves or for you by a registered builder and we have assumed partial external timber cladding as illustrated. It should be noted that the final build cost of any house will always be dependant on the site location, your own specific requirements, local site conditions, services availability and other factors which are site and project specific. We are experienced in dealing with Island or remote locations and can offer practical advice and information concerning the additional costs involved.
In all cases, whether you are a self builder or want the house built for you, we will be pleased to assist with the production of detailed build costs on your own project.
