Planning Permission

When you are at the discussion stage with us, you must apply for planning permission for your house.  You can leave this to us.  We can supply the required plans direct to the relevant authority.  It's simple, quick and sure.

Design

We can adjust the interior layout of your house to match your requirements and can use our experience to advise on the right interior design for you.  We can stretch house lengths by adding 60cm increments.  Detail features form other house types can often be adapted into yours as can your own ideas.  The flexibility of these standard houses gives you a cost-effective way of giving Fjordhus its individuality.
