We will offer you a fixed price for your home which reflects the detail of our agreed customised construction work.  We will plan your home around your needs and creative impulse: Fjordhus Ltd's construction flexibility s a byword of your satisfaction.

Once the relevant permissions have been obtained, the project can begin.  Remember, with Fjordhus your package is tailored to match your needs.  We offer supply-only through to complete build service for most parts of Scotland and the North of England.  Fjordhus will obtain the planning and building control permissions on your behalf.

Our self-build service allows you to be involved as little or as much as you wish.  If you want to provide your particular expertise, that can normally be included in our package.
