All our homes are equipped with a proven quality heat recovery and ventilation system.  This ensures a comfortable fresh air environment in the home as well as making use of the heat from the exhaust air to heat the fresh incoming air.

This can be complemented by adding an air to air heat pump, a water to water heat pump (geothermal) as well as a conventional system.   You may also be interested in one of our much-admired scan stoves or our electric or wet underfloor heating systems.

The light, airy design of our houses  takes advantage of the solar gain from the sun through our energy efficient glazing.

We are committed to persuing sustainable and energy efficient solutions to your heating and ventilation requirements.  We can now offer a further energy efficient solution to your heating requirements by installing a geothermal system.  This uses heat from the ground and, with the addition of a heat pump, produces hot water for your underfloor or radiator heating system as well as for all your domestic hot water requirements.
