About Fjordhus 

Fjordhus was founded in 1997 and now supplies and builds Norwegian timber frame houses throughout most areas of Scotland and the North of England.

Fjordhus is a family-run business formed out of Craigvar Construction, which has been trading in the Borders of Scotland for over 30 years.

The Fjordhus service is based upon quality of product, workmanship and delivery.  At Fjordhus, we develop pre-manufactured houses, garages and outbuildings in order to provide our clients with a full build package on a fixed price basis.

Flexibility is one of the secrets of our success.  We can provide a supply-only service for self build or a complete end-to-end turnkey service that takes care of every aspect of development from concept to completion.

Even the layout, features and finishes of our homes and garages are flexible.   All our homes and garages can be adapted to suit our customers' requirements.  This flexibility provides our customers with a very cost effective way of obtaining the perfect home or garage.
